Because world change starts with you
Team U is an intercollegiate fundraising marathon team raising money for Shoe4Africa, building the largest children's hospital in Africa.
Team U invites runners of all ages to join in - you don't have to be in a university, but just someone who believes in the cause.
Team U also builds a connection between the runner and the charity, it's not just about sending a check in the mail. We do this by putting on awareness and fundraising events on the college campus to promote understanding about the issues in Africa and what one can do to help. By doing this, Team U hopes to create a new generation of globally responsible citizens.
